I know theres a sticky in the nutrition section for people to post their favourite recipes and I do use it.

Please post links to other websites, or some favourite stickies you bookmarked from before that just has great recipes or write out your own homemade recipe(s). Personally i'm really skinny and i'm trying to be a little bit bigger but primarily ripped!

Even better would be whole day or even week meal plans!!! I'd absolutely love that and would live by those, but the more meal plans the better so I can mix and match recipes!

Not only looking for me, but for everyone else thats see's this thread that wants more clean recipes!

So my favorite recipe for cheat meal are Polish dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms. I know they are fat and have a lot of carbohydrates and salt but they are delicious, unfortunately I don't cook them myself because I can't, I buy them in the best Polish deli in Chicago I recommend checking out, I especially recommend hot dumplings with butter on the side!
