Ok. Really like 15ish %....
Ok. So I'm new to this whole posting thing. But I feel like it will help me I'm reaching my goals. I just had a baby girl 12 weeks ago today. I am already down a total of 47 lbs. my plan is to lose about 60-70 more.
My current weight is 207. Completely unhappy about that. I hate even to say that number. My pre-prego weight was 197. So even then I needed to cut.
I'm more determined and motivated than I've ever been to get where I want to be. I would love to one day compete in a figure compitition, as far fetched as that sounds and feels right now.
I am, however, moving in the right direction. My husband and I have changed to a paleo lifestyle. Eating a nutritionally sound diet has helped tremendously. I don't miss processed junk at all. Which is completely awesome.
I love lifting weights. And I especially love leg day! My husband does strongman type training, so there's no wimpy weights for me. I've only been back at working out for 6 weeks, and I've already made some progress.
My goal in this journey is to make it to 130-145 lbs, with a single digit BF. it seems so far away, but I know I can get there!
I'm open to any tips or suggestions. Just please keep everything positive! I have a long way to go, and want to stay my happy, positive person along the way!

[QUOTE=gixxer0.6g;1101328023]Single digits is really difficult for a male. A female to hit single digits almost always takes banned drugs. Even without, it's not healthy. I think you mean somewhere between 15-20%
Yeah. Well, 15 is probably more realistic. I realize that. That would be awesome. And that's really what I want. I've never been small, so anything in the teens would be nice. I lost down to 145 in college, but in a very unhealthy way. I mostly want to get back there, in great health, and the right way.
