    Cutting Macros

Hey I'm about to begin a cut using the Ice Cream Fitness intermediate 3 day split... my maintenance is about 2650 cals... what should my macro percentages be for carb/fat/protein intake on a cut?

.82 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass, .4 grams of fat per pound of total body weight; fill out the rest of your calories with any mix of carbs/fat/protein as you desire.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
