The problem is you're focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. I think this is true if you've had a GF before, I hate looking at my friends in relationships heading towards marriage at 22-24, theyre already living life like their in their 30's and you basically lose them as friends.

However, if you haven't had a GF before you definitely don't want to be learning at 26. One of my close friends just got his first GF at the age of 25(shes 19..maybe hes doing it right??) and he acts like a kid in high school who just got his first GF. You wont emotionally mature if you haven't had a previous relationship and making all of those rookie mistakes when your looking to settle down in your late 20's can be costly.

Either way, do what you want. Having a "timeline" like this for your life is probably the stupidest thing you could possibly do. I would rather marry the right girl at 19 then the wrong girl at 32 just because it was the "right time". Life is unpredictable you gotta take it as it comes. And above all....

I've had two LTRs and just ended my second recently....gonna use this time to concentrate on myself and enjoy being young and single. Looking forward to it actually.
