long as hell....I can't even bend over and grab the bar if I don't lower my hips all the way down, never was built for deadlift.
we all gonna make it...
but who was cut? ur a beast underneath bro!
feelsgoodmayne, finally someone with similar lifting stats.
wat in the actual fuk....127 lbs..
DL blows mine away, but feels good mayne that u beat u in other, no brag.
so basically u don't lift :P
I was about to ask
sadly, OP doesn care if someone is natty or not because there is no way to tell 100%, and it don't fukn matter cuz u still have to train ur ass off.
OP feels like not even celltech can close the gap between us....
those delts are carved straight out of a norse god statue...

I don't have a small frame, but it's not huge either. While my main focus is no longer just getting strong, I come from a powerlifting background.
I've always just been naturally better at deadlifts, and I think I just have better leverages for them (wingspan is just a hair under 6' while my height is 5'9).

Squat 305x4 (don't go heavy to suppress leg size)

Bench:115kg for 2 sets of 5 - should be good for a rep on 130kg
Squat: 155kg for a set on 5 - should be good for a rep on 180kg
Deadlift: Have done 240kg before, but am stronger now - could definitely get 245kg
OHP: have done 80kg for a single but recently did 70kgx5 which is betterTraining log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=158508133&pagenumber=
