Haven't rolled in probably 2 years, but BJJ was always the best.
Won a no-gi tourney, and that has been the highlight of my athletic career lol

In terms of instructional videos, the Mendes brothers are very good. I'll search the internet for some sick stuff, and see what I can find. I'll post some stuff later on.

Berimbolo's, and various Berimbolo variations have been showing up around the pro-circuit recently. The Mendes brothers use the technique frequently. Check it out!
