Hello to all
so basically im age of 22.. 5'9 of height.. and i weigh almost 202 lbs
what im doing now.. is this first 2 weeks i did is..
drink matcha green tea 3 times a day
eat almost 400 to 500 or 600 sometimes calories on lunch
and i dont eat dinner
i ussually eat rice like 1 1/2 cups or 1 with 1cup of brocoli(microwaved with 1/2tsp of garlic butter) or sometimes olive oil
so basically i dont eat my meals without rice.. at least 1 cup to 1/2cup..
at first 5 days i felt so week like i was on hell but now.. i feel energized (sometimes i feel starvation) but i can get rid of it by drinking green tea.. and it gives me so much energy..
so in 2 weeks i dont have any excersizes yet
my only activity is.. im a cook ussually 5 to 7 hrs work with no break and the resto is kinda busy so i move alot.. but in my 5 shifts or 6shifts.. sometimes 2 are not that busy so i dont mve much.. just remain standing..
i wanna start excising now but i dont know my program..
i have a 2 15lbs dumbbells here and a treadmill.. or i can run outside.. but i dont know my program.. can anyone help me??

and in my calories intake.. how much do you think i lose in a week? 3 lbs? or 2?
