More pics to come after they are uploaded...
BACKGROUND: I have been doing bodybuilding for almost 4 years now, but just recently started competing. I have done 3 NPC shows. I am tall for bodybuilding, and realize it will take more time to fill out my frame, since 190lbs stage-weight, is pretty much skinny. Here are some pics...
BULKING at 215lbs
CONTEST WEIGHT at 190lbs
To help me with my reverse dieting (although I cut to contest shape while keeping my cals at about 2800cals/day and not going under 200g's of carbs per day), I will be using GLYCOBOL. So consider this a sponsored off-season log. I have always been curious about the different kinds of nutrient repartitioners out there, and want to know whether there is a supplement that provides tangible repartitioning effects like stronger compounds do. I would like to thank AI Sports for providing me with this opportunity. I will begin with a standard 2 pills with two of my highest carb meals (will probably be hitting 400 to 500 grams of carbs per day everyday in my off season, since I am looking to add a ton of mass...I lose fat fairly easily, so getting a bit chubby is not concerning. Join me in my journey!!!!

Thanks for the support guys. I will post the pics of what I eat later today. I'm not a broscientist, but I believe in eating 100% clean year-round, with maybe the occassional fast food during special events like holidays or birthdays. So don't expect food porn haha. Other than that, I am pumped to get back into the gym and put up some big numbers, specially since my squat and dead went down by ~50lbs during the cut.

Thanks big guy. I got first in the Junior and Novice LHW and 5/8 in the Open LHW. I'm looking to put on more upper body mass, since I am def. lacking in that department. I am looking forward to competing as a HW, because I am 6'1'', and I realize I am pretty skinny at below 200lbs. We'll see though. For right now, I have no contest in sight.
But, welcome to my journal and thnx for the support!

150g of boiled chicken breast with bean sprouts, raw cauliflower, 7 ground corn organic tortillas, and sriracha. Not my most colorful dish, but I love it!
Thoughts on Glycobol thus far: Well, tbh, this stuff is like magic...bloating on this product is nonexistent. Yesterday's back day pump at the gym was amazing. The only thing I do not like about the product are the horrid burps that I sometimes get if one of the pills gets stuck in my throat. But, tbh, I do not actually mind, specially if the product is doing what it is supposed to be doing. I've been taking 6 caps/day, 2 with 3 of my high-carb meals. IMO, I might need another bottle of Glycobol haha...

Shameless back shot...I know it may seem disgusting, but I've put on 16lbs since last Saturday...I haven't even upped my calories all that much. I was contest dieting at 2650 and I have eaten 3000-3300 cals per day. I didn't binge or eat anything "cheat" after the show....**** if I know where those lbs came from. haha

[QUOTE=BiggerWeighter;1102133863]Here's one of my meals I took with the glycobol today. 150g of boiled chicken mixed with 1 tomato/.5 onion; peppered mushrooms; 100g of wild rice
Today is leg day, so I might up the carbs. I have two leg days per week, and this is def. my least favorite haha[/QUOTE
I always up my carbs on leg days. In my opinion its the most taxing body part to train.

Got my shipment of quest bars today. However, tbh, I don't think the Glycobol is doing much. Although the pumps have increased, it could be due to my increase in carb intake as well as introducing Dymatize Xpand (never tried an agmatine/nitrates PreWO). Other than that, the effects from the Glycobol are very minimal. :/
