The garage gym was closed up a bit ago, so I just did some goofy home workouts, and now I am at my new job, and I'm training at the gym here in the morning. It's not half bad, and due to the time constraints on me for the next couple years (if all goes well) it is gonna have to do.

Starting a new program this week, just because I want to. Still hanging around the same BW I have been at for about 2 months now. It's cool that it's stable, but I want to bring it down further and get leaner since strength is really not the priority right now.
Had a good session though, just kind of a light day twice a week, and heavy days are the actual 5/3/1 days. Just want some kinda simple program to follow, while work continues to be bananas for the next (hopefully) couple of years.

Another awesome day. I'm really surprised that I am able to hit these kinds of reps for high bar no belt considering the sheer lack of serious squat training that I've had in the last 9 months basically. 255x20 high bar no belt ought to put me at least at 405 for a beltled comp style SQ. Which is encouraging lol.
Was gonna do RDLs as a 5x5 but got bored and wanted to get it over with. Starting to be half decent grip work too doing the multiple sets with a DoH grip. Hoping that the grip strength will continue to come back as the weeks go on, since it's been a while since I've done much hard grip stuff too (because no real DL in that same ~9mo time frame). Using straps on my DB rows so I can have fresh hands for the RDLs.

Kinda tired heading into today, didn't sleep quite enough last night, still did alright in the scheme of things. Switched to backoff presses for the extra push volume on this day, I went to do dips but got weird pain in the proximal end of my right biceps tendon. So I just stopped, that pain has kinda popped in and out the last few weeks of trying to do dips. No big deal though, more pressing is probably more useful for increasing my press which is the priority of training it as the primary upper body lift right now anyway.

Holy crap, awesome day. I was dreaming about getting 20, but figured I'd get maybe 10-15, which would have been really good as well. Anyway managed 20 so I'm stoked about it. I only did 3 sets of backoff squat because I was pretty wrecked, and kinda was running short on time for RDLs and my grip was pretty fried by the third set (sadly). I typically plan on 3-5 sets for this day on the RDLs anyway so no big deal.
Was running short on time still for the ab wheel so I just did one set.
