Good day today. So, on Monday, I used the SSB backwards, and that made it like 10x harder. This was the correct way, but still brutal. Very hard on the abs. Goodmornings were good, really felt in the back and hams. The assistance was all good, had a bit of knee pain during leg press but it went away after a couple sets.
