Agreed. I've been double down on chest lately: weighted dips and leverage chest press machine.
Nothing special for biceps. My arms just don't stop growing. I have to use a machine now because of forearm tendonitis. Here's the workout I created. It's been producing unrelenting gains.

I bulked up to 207 in the winter. My face was fat as fuk.
I've been lifting about 6 years. Didn't take my diet serious until about 2-3 years ago.
Happens to me all the time. Last party I was at I couldn't have a normal conversation without someone mentioning my muscle. My arms are about 17" without a pump so I probably look bigger in person than I do in this picture. Or, miscers are just used to seeing swole physics all the time so I look small in comparison.
Not natty. When I was a noob I did 2 H-drol cycles but didn't keep much gains cause I didn't realize how important diet was. Since then I've been through like 6 bottles of Ostarine but that's not nearly as powerful as techtosterone.
My bb.com caliper says it is. For my diet I've been cutting around 100 calories per day every week. So this week I'm at 1900 calories per day. Today I will consume 38g fat (too low today), 181g carbs, 207g protein. I log everything in My Fitness Pal.
