So I've lost 54 pounds since January just working out and eating healthy. No strict counting diet, but recently, I hit a pretty bad plateau probably due to the fact that my body fat has decreased so much, so I started researching and I've decided to do a combination of the cyclical ketogenic diet and intermittant fasting.
My goal is to reach 8-9% body fat in 20 weeks (currently 18-20%)
morning wake up coffee
I will eat two main meals, 2:30 pm and 8:30 pm
my workout will be at around 5-6:00 pm
Calories- 2100-2300
Fat-~160
Protein-~160
Carbs- no more than 20
Supps: Preworkout: C4 & Con-Cret
Postworkout: 50g Protein- Muscle Pharm Combat Powder
Multivitamin
alpha lipoic acid
any suggestions will be appreciated. Here goes

Meal 1- omelette fried in olive oil w/bacon & cheese onions & peppers, 1 chicken thigh, protein shake w/ 25g mp combat powder, 2TBSP natty PB, TBSP coconut oil
Meal 2- 4 small thin pork chops wrapped in bacon & fried in olive olive oil, green beans cooked w/ butter, protein shake w/ 25g mp combat powder, TBSP natty PB
Calories- 2080
Fat- 171
Protein- 125 (too low)
Carbs- 11
Notes: today was a rest day, so I got half my protein shake in each meal. Love the way it tastes especially blended w/ PB and Ice so why not.
