    BCAA with skimmed milk post and pre-workout meal Vs Whey

    M in the Gym from last 1 year..
    working out for muscle gain...Can i take 33oz zero fat milk with BCAA caps in post & pre-workout meal for muscle gain...
    OR i should go for whey supplement...
    I can afford only one of them and strict goal is gain mass as of now...

    You have no physiological 'need' to have a post-workout shake. Read this sticky about pre/post workout nutrition.

    If you're intent on having either one of your options however; I'd go with the whey - whey contains BCAA's within it, along with (obviously) a substantial dose of dietary protein.
