    Training with an injury

I have a fractured Ulna which will pretty much mean no upper body training. But after a little bit of reading on the Internet, I read that strength training for the uninjured arm will increase strength in that arm as well as in the other, not to a great degree, but it's much better then pretty much just sitting out and not training at all. Only with strength training but, not hypertrophy training

As well, pretend your bench/shoulder pressing with a difficult, but not impossible weight. Mimicking that movement and flexing without the weight pushing and imagining your under that weight and the same intensity and speed, if that makes sense haha. Would it be much use doing that on my injured arm as it doesn't put my ulna in an danger or harm?
