    How to peak during some hours, every day (beach)

    Hey , manuel from spain here:
    How do you look at your best during some hours of the day(like beach time) ??
    Not something like contest preparation where you peak for 1 special day, I mean something like how to look at your best during 4-6hours almost everyday once you are already lean

    Water retention, sodium, carbs before or after the hours when you wanna look best, not sure about it.

    My body changes a lot during the day, in some hours i look fantastic and in others i look flat and a bit watery, can't seem to find the way to know when exactly.

    I don't know the details on these kinds of things so I can't help you with that.

    What I can say is that I think you're overcomplicating things. If your avi is up to date you already look better than 99% of the people on the beach. Any extra 'dryness' won't even be visible to most people let alone notieable.

    this^ why are you wanting to look .01% better than you already do by manipulating sodium/water/carbs etc..

    Hi OP, I see my best form when I do fasted lifting, and I can have some snack after lifting and still look good. however after a few hours of eating I look like shiet. Worth a try tho!

    Because I don't look like in my pictures all the time, I only look like that some hours a day and they are pretty random.

    Ok it seems nice. So while fasted you look better than while eating?

    Does it change anything if you take carbs at night the day before the fast or something like that?

    Umm I have no problem with eating at the beach xD

    Which meals would make more sense to keep you full during that time? Protein and fats? Protein and carbs? Only protein , only carbs?

    I know that I am overcomplicating things but I love to do it xD

    Ok... If you check my profile picture u can see that I am a bit lean.

    Not asking about how to get lean, asking about when do you look at your best for a daily basis.

    After eating carbs? After fasting? While fasting? While eating proteins and fats? During the morning after having carbs at night? With high constant sodium, low cosntant sodium.....
    Anything that u can after years of preparation think that helps would be apreciated

    if you really want to go thru all that trouble for a minimal change in appearance then i guess you can follow a contest prep show day type protocol.

    Hit the gym directly before you want to look "good". Just do enough to get a pump in key muscle groups. If it works for the Friday night clubbers, I'm sure it'll work for the beach. Just don't make that your actual lifting routine.

    Carbs will make your vascularity more noticeable - which could in turn make you look leaner/more muscular.
    So BAMBAM's idea of eating something every so often, was a real good suggestion IMO.
    I'm pretty vascular, but after eating something - those veins are poppin out! Not like a typical gym pump, but fairly close!
