    Thumbs up Customer service :)

    Just wanted to thank Bodybuilding. com for their great customer service, I had ordered the Cellucor 3 proteins+1c4 stack from the store and despite being billed for just that, they accidentally included 2 more tubs of protein on the electronic invoice I recieved today.

    I contacted the live chat customer service and talked to "Suga Shay" To which I was informed the electronic invoice was just a little messed up and I would be receiving exactly what I ordered 2 days from now, nothing more, and I was billed for exactly that amount. I was then told that for checking and being honest/making sure I would receive a $25 in store credit.

    Thanks again bodybuilding.com!!

    EDIT: for all you who say "you shoulda took the protein" I was never shipped the extra 2 tubs, they just made there way onto my confirmation order somehow

    Nice! Bb.com has great customer service. I've had ordered a walden farms syrup before and the lid cracked during the shipment. When it arrived at my house, it was leaking. Bb.com was very apologetic and sent another one right away. Although it wasn't directly their fault and more of a random shipping incident they still took care of the customer. There have been cases where you order from places (not just supplements) and something happens in the shipping process. You talk to a representative explaining your situation and they immediately get defensive and state it's not their fault. The reps at bb.com were very understanding and patient, which will be the reason I will keep ordering from here.

    Has only happened once that I got something that was broken but they fixed everything fast, they also ship replacement Priority 2-3 days even if you used the Super Savings on your order!

    Another great reason, even if its YOUR fault or you dislike the product (obviously this didnt work for you, no hate ) They still refund you and pay shipping!

    Called the other day trying to get the hemavol /compete deal...was told it no longer was running...but they gave me $10 off my order that I was placeing cause I had to call and they couldn't give me the deal....thats customer service!

    Thats pretty cool brah, basically making one or the other cheaper so the deal is more plausable (sp?)

    I figured go with the ratings! I loved the PBM, the gf (who never drank protein in her life) didnt mind it, she considered it "thick" tasting, she likes stuff watered down, but we both enjoyed cooking with it, I'm running a current sponsored log now, so I'm not breaking any rules I hope, but I do plan on writing reviews for all the products after. with pics etc!

    Hey guys figured I'd post this, one of my cellcor tubs (cookies and cream) still had the plastic seal around the outside, but the cap was a little jangled and not on correct, a little powder was spilled inside the plastic seal and then when I opened it the cardboard type seal was half open, as if the glue didnt hold. I still plan on using the product of it tastes ok but any other suggestions on it? I don't really wanna go thru the struggle of returning :P didn't take pics either as I figured all was ok!

    Should be just fine bro, did you sample the whey? May have been dented or so during shipping causing the jangle on the cap.

    Alright thanks bud! I Didnt sample it per se, I smelled it, smelled yummy and dipped my finger in to taste and it tasted alright, considering it's just powder :P, I figured maybe it got dropped or something and being in this Wisconsin humidity the cap just got blown off on one side, and the pressure caused it to open, like if you drop soda and the cap comes half way off or when you try to screw something on and it's uneven. I don't believe it was tampered with given the plastic seal was still I'm tact. Hope it made sense! I probably should have taken a pic :/
