    False. It means you're fully hydrated. Yellowness has nothing to do with electrolytes. It's salt afterall. That is in no way yellow.

    The waste your body gets rid of is the yellow stuff. and it accumulates over time in the bladder. If you've taken in as much water as your body can carry, that will cause it to push out the water that is too much. And if there's no waste in the bladder because you just went to the toilet half an hour ago, it will be white.

    However that doesn't mean that it shouldn't be a little yellow. that's totally fine.

    True, sometimes when I pee my urine is totally transparent. Other times it's a little yellow. I definitely see a decrease in performance if I drink 3 liters a day instead of 4.

    Wow mate, after reading your posts it makes sense.

    A while ago, I went cold turkey on coffee after I was drinking way too much and I replaced it with water. I felt happier, had more energy and all the things you listed in your post OP. I then got back on coffee and barely drink any water! Time to get back on the water lads

    You'd have to drink some extreme amounts of water for that to happen though. Just don't drink two 4 litre jugs at once.

    When working a fire, we would typically drink 3 gallons of water a day, and still would get dehydrated over time.

    Just to put into perspective how little water you all might be drinking even though you think you might be drinking a lot
