How exactly does this work? I've always been curious. You see a pic of someone with a physique you admire, I'm with you so far...then you decide to join beebeedotcom, okay whatever, then you select the message board section and think that asking an overly broad couple of questions that are at best loosely related is a good idea? What sort of advice do you really expect? Has it occurred to you that maybe doing a little research on your own first might be a better use of your time? How do you intend to qualify any of the responses you receive to your inquiry with no real experience or knowledge base?
I look forward to your response.Who was this love of yours?

Lol I think this is pretty funny.
First of all welcome, you should start reading the stickies in different subfora, which contain enough information to get you started.
If you want to know what kind of exercises you should do, go to workout program or exercises.
We can't help you here simply because you aren't giving any information6'4 200

just do pushups for a year and eat a decent diet, get slim...there's nothing special about this guy's physique at all. tiny bit of chest and shoulder muscle...and i mean TINY...and he likely does crunches or core work as well. other than that, he's not far off from an average skinny guy. they just photographed him at a pleasing angle to give a better illusion of size.
hate to break it to ya...this is the wrong site to join if your goals add up to...that...Powerlifter convert. Follow on instagram Sharpie_bendingbarbells

Op, start a serious weight training routine from the stickies. At first I wanted to look like that goofball, but after a while I wanted to look like frank zane instead. After even more time in the gym, I want to look like phil heath. My point is bodybuilding grows on you. Just get started. Do something.
