Your upper back thickness looks pretty damn good for your age. I think your best feature. You just need to add more width to your back and work on thicking your lower back. Also work on putting more size on your chest, delts, legs and arms.
You look good bro...keep eating and working hard. I am 5 11' and when I was your age my body looked a lot like yours and I believe I weighed around 175 lbs. By the time I was 21, my body naturally widened out a little and I was up to 200 lbs. My calves looked a lot like yours and there are all kinds of schools of thought as to how to get your calves bigger and some ppl will say it won't happen, but doing very heavy seated calf raises worked really well for me.
Yes i've been lifting with football for a couple years and that's where i've gotten most of my mass (which isn't much yet =) ). But we never worked calves. So now that i've been lifting o n my own bodybuilding style i'm trying to get them there. It's been 7 weeks now, and if you looked at the link I FEEL that my calves are growing. But yes they are quite small and barely visible haha.
Well i just stopped playing football this year. And i played water polo last year but i'm not sure if i'm going to play that again. I'm really enjoying just concentrating on bodybuliding right now, it's fun and i love seeing results. But i may try rugby if i don't play water polo.
