I have a full bottle of Glucosamine/Chondroitin that I purchased from Costco and also two bottles of Orange Triad (which contains joint support already).
But any stacking will happen after the log as i dont want to contaminate the effects of this log.***Current Product Review***

I am pretty sure now that Flexible is helping me out quite a bit. I was sitting on my couch watching some TV yesterday night and noticed that my body felt pretty relaxed. It has been a long time since I felt that way. Then I realized that it was because my body was hurting!! haha.
Here is yesterday's count. Still below 10
Yesterday's lower body hypertrophy day:
Lower Body Power Exercise speed work: Squats
6 sets of 3 reps with 65-70% of normal 3-5 rep max (185lbs)
Hypertrophy pressing movement: Hack squats
3 sets of 8-12 reps (230x8,240x8,240x8)
Hypertrophy pressing movement: Leg presses
2 sets of 12-15 reps (410x12, 430x12)
Hypertrophy extension movement: Leg extensions
3 sets of 15-20 reps (175x15x3)
Hypertrophy pulling movement: deadlifts
3 sets of 8-12 reps (225x8,245x8,245x7)
Hypertrophy curling movement: Lying leg curls
2 sets of 12-15 reps (110x12,120x12)
Hypertrophy calf movement: standing calf raises
4 sets of 10-15 reps (315x10x4)
Hypertrophy calf movement: Seated calf raises
3 sets of 15-20 reps (150x15,175x15,175x15)Last edited by MTBAlex; 07-11-2013 at 09:14 AM.

Additional:
Decline situps - 40reps
Toes to bar leg raises - 40 reps
Crunches 60 reps
weighted leg raises - 55lbs x10x3
Worked out chest, arms and abs yesterday. I was a bit tired and couldn't lift as heavy on some of the chest exercises. But still a good workout that lasted 90 minutes.
Half way through my log and this stuff definitely works. It is harder to keep track of number of aches/pain because they are so far and few in between. Yesterday's number is around 6 aches/pains. I did feel some strain on my elbows when doing heavy cable pressdown with the bars. But I don't have any residual pain today from the exercise so its not too big of a problem. Since I have been on FLEXIBLE, I have not have any GI issues and my sleep remain the same before I started FLEXIBLE.

Auxiliary extension movement: cable press down
3 sets of 6-10 reps (110x6,100x6,100x6)
Yesterday's rest day was actually full of aches. As you can see the aches went back up to 10, however it is all in the shoulder area. Because it is all in the shoulder area, I believe it was related to my Thursday workout where i worked some upper body. Today's aches went back down to 5 which I am grateful for. I am also in a cutting phase and did a refeed today which probably helps my energy and mood. I can say that I believe that FLEXIBLE works and I would recommend this product for ppl looking for joint health and support. Otherwise, I think my aches/pain would be alot higher.

That's amazing Ed!! its a funny feeling when you're in pain for so long and then not feeling any pain. it gets better. Yesterday was my lowest pain/aches I have noted I think. I counted 4 times only! But I remember just chilling on the couch and just feeling so relaxed from not having any aches/pain. it felt amazing and a bit foreign too. And also I haven't used my elbow brace since a week ago and my elbow is still fine.
This is my 21st day using FLEXIBLE and by now I can confidently say to anyone if they are looking for a joint supplement that works to get FLEXIBLE. Thanks for the great product Formutech! Take a look at that trend.

Hypertrophy pulling movement: Seated cable row
3 sets of 8-12 reps (160x10, 170x8, 180,x8)
Hypertrophy pulling movement: Dumbbell shrugs
2 sets of 12-15 reps (80x12,85x12)
Hypertrophy pulling movement: Close grip pulldowns
2 sets of 15-20 reps (150x15,150x15)
Hypertrophy shoulder movement: Seated dumbbell presses
3 sets of 8-12 reps (75x8,80x8, 80x3)
Hypertrophy shoulder movement: Upright rows
2 sets of 12-15 reps (85x12, 85x12)
Hypertrophy shoulder movement: Side lateral raises with cables
3 sets of 12-20 reps (80x12,80x12,80x12)
Nothing to report but good news. These days, the number of aches/pain are very low. I don't expect it to completely go away. Yesterday, i noted only 4 times which i am super happy and excited about. I have been on a 500 calorie deficit while on this log. I wonder if I eat at maintainence if the pain/aches will go down as I am putting more fuel in my body. I am about a week from finishing this log, and I say again, this stuff works.

i had a question, dont mean to hijack your thread MTBAlex but was hoping a company rep would answer this. i dont see any kind of warning label on the product bottle/label
was wondering if there is one? i see some other joint supplements have warnings for certain pregnant, older, diabetic ppl etc. i was planning on sharing flexible with my father
he is older 60+ years but want to know if its a bad idea. doctors have only given him pain killers for joint problems he has which i believe i got from his genetics shoulder/elbow/knee joint
problems.

Hi Ed:
I will try to assist you with your question. We consider Flexible to be on the safer side of supplements with its ingredient profile. We have never had a claim on this product since it was released. That being said I would always recommend that your Father consult his Dr. to get his opinion on any supplement prior to taking especially if he is on other medications. I hope that this helps.
ThanksBruce Davis
