    Doesn't your cardio affect your lifting?

    I feel like mine is. I feel less energetic when I lift a day after doing cardio. I see lots of people saying you can lift every other day and cardio in between, but I can't seem to find the energy to lift if I've done cardio recently.

    Is there something I'm missing here? O:

    Not in shape maybe? I have no problems lifting the day after cardio AS LONG AS I get enough sleep.
