i live in a townhouse so thats something i have to consider but i have a dog park like 20 feet from my garage.

5.White Lab Puppy, rehoming fee is 65 bucks

I would try and help but I morally can't. You'll be adopting on regardless. I'd feeling like I'm condemning the others if I give you any input.
This is why my volunteering career was short at the animal shelter, too many feels. They let me take home one dog every weekend to care for him/her. We ended up with 3 extra dogs on top of the one we already had at home. Parents made me stop (I was 17. Yes still lived with parents. Guess thats beta)[]_[] University of Miami Crew []_[]

If you didn't live in a townhouse I would say the German Shepard pup, number 2, but since you're in a townhouse then I would definitely say the White Lab for sure! Smart dogs, easy to train, always playful, just make sure you socialize it as soon as you can and you shouldn't have any issues. And get it to puppy training and adult training, makes things much easier later on for both of you.

A german shepherd needs lots of space to roam around; even though you have a dog park nearby doesn't mean you can be there 24/7. They need room to run around all the time and are very energetic, and if you live in a townhouse, I don't think its the best idea. Same thing with the lab and doberman..., it needs space to run around, a nice large backyard is good.
But if you had to choose, a German Shepherd would be my go to dog; its really loyal and playful and is easily trained. If you get the 6 week old pup its even better, it can probably adapt to the more limited space easier than an older dog
