    Possible low test

So I just turned 30 and thought I should have my test levels checked out. I've been lifting since I was 23 and honestly I've made gains but nowhere near what I think 7 years of lifting should look like. I've seen high school kids with more muscle than me... Anyway, I took the blood test and it was 400. Now I know that's within "normal range" but from what I've read online that's below average for my age. What should I do, bcuz I feel like if I tell my dr he will say they are within normal range... Thanks in advance

Chat it up with your doc. Maybe give more low test reasons like low sex drive, etc. maybe he could help you. If not, then look into a test booster for sure if you want to try and raise it.

Not much we can do without seeing a full panel. If you're not making gains the usual issue is your diet sucks. The second thing is that you don't work hard or smart enough in the gym. The third thing is: your diet sucks.
