Peyton had Dallas Clark for most of his career, which was a very nice piece in their offense in Indy. He also had Stokley in the slot which had nice numbers in Indy too. I think the TE's got split last year, but if you put their numbers together I would guess they would have had a decent season based on fantasy numbers.

Stokley had a nickname.
Slot Machine
But he only had good season numbers one year. That was 2004. He only has about 5k career rec yards, going back to 1999

Yeah I'm not feeling great about a lot of RBs this year. Teams that win leagues are gonna be the ones that hit a homerun with either a rookie or FA off waivers I think. Same goes for those picks in the later rounds.
Fortunately in my main league I can probably count on people taking defenses and kickers way too early so I can hopefully snag some players at great value.Gym PRs - S 400 / B 320 / D 500

i would add demarco murray to that list and take CJ off of it. you know what you're getting from CJ at this point. at the end of the year his numbers will be solid for a RB2. but the trip you take to get there can be an absolute roller coaster. with all the money they pay him if he plays well off the bat i wouldn't worry much about greene (although i'd draft greene later as the handcuff)
as for murray i love his talent, watching him play it's obvious he has the ability to be big-time. if he falls i'm probably taking him despite the risk. make sure you get all the backups for these dudes in the draft though. have to play smart and not kid yourself

some reason mike williams is so easy to get as a 5th WR? his free agency is next year.

Romo going as the 8th QB? Absolutely. Clearly these 6 are going to generally be drafted ahead of Romo:
Rodgers
Brees
Brady
Manning
Newton
Ryan
Which would put Romo to at least QB7.
Then you get into the likes of
Romo
Stafford
Wilson
Kaepernick
Luck
RG3
Then, finally, starting basically QB2 availability you are into the likes of
E Manning
Roethlisberger
Dalton
Rivers

romo is free falling. and he has some easy matchup this year too.
If I wasn't high on stafford having a up year I would grab tony.

I guess it's different actually seeing completed draft boards. Romo and Wilson seem like great value picks at QB. Good to keep in mind.

Consensus on Larry Fitz. This is the 2nd most talented receiver in the league (Calvin Johnson seems to have passed him), and he has a QB who can throw the ball deep, and a head coach who's offensive scheme is to do so. Hes been going in the 3rd for a 12 man league, so what gives? Has everyone forgot about him, has he slowed down? I think he goes for 1500 yards and 10+ TDs.
After going RB/RB hes who I'm hoping to get him in the 3rd.Fantasy Football Junkie. It should be football season every month

Going in the 8th round brah not the 8th overall QB selected.
I typically see him get picked in the 7th or 8th. By me usually haha
It mainly came down to the line not giving the QB enough time to get him the ball. He is still a great WR, with palmer throwing to him he should do better and the cards have tried to upgrade their O-line, but I think most people are still skeptical.

I think mostly he is being slightly overlooked because he had such a down year last year. He was literally almost WR40. 798 yards and 4 TD.
His QB situation is improved for as long as Palmer can stay healthy, but that O-line is still going to be ugly, I think. Opposing defenses are still going to be able to concentrate on Fitz. And Palmer, while an upgrade for sure, is still a middling QB at this point IMO. He has only produced recently in that he has a lot of attempts and a lot of yards while playing from behind.
I think he will probably put up low end WR1 numbers.

The Patriots seem to view Vereen as their goal line HB, and they were giving him quite a few carries down there last year. If Brady is out of the shotgun down there, he's also far better catching the ball out of the backfield for a short catch or a screen. He is a little tank, simile rot MJD in stature.
Regarding Hernandez, I think he'll slip a little, but I'd go after him with questions about Gronk's health, and Amendola being a health risk. I know Hernandez is a health risk as well, but that's a risk I'm willing to take.
I would stay away from most Patriots WR's in early rounds though.

You do realize Vereen was out for three games last year as well as playing much of the season injured? Ridley was their top HB without a doubt, but many in the Patriots organization have favored Vereen for quite some time, but he hasn't been able to stay on the field, and when he has been on the field, he hasn't been healthy. His lack of touches has less to do with him as a player, and much more to do with him and his health.
Just like two years ago before Gronk's massive season where many people didn't want to take him high, there was a lot of talk from inside the Patriots organization and the media here about him ready to have an All-Pro season. There's similar talk about Vereen being ready to get a lot more carries and touches this year IF he can remain healthy. There's little doubt that he gets a LOT more touches this year, especially near the goal-line with the Patriots coaching staff not trusting Ridley's ball security.
Ridley will without a doubt be the top choice at HB, but Vereen will get his touches with Woodhead gone and his talent level. If he's there in the later rounds, I'm taking him without thinking twice.
