I have super skinny forearms. People call me twig/stick/skeleton and what not. It is really embarrassing and depressing to wear a t-shirt in hot weather. There are girls that have bigger arms than me naturally. Help would be really appreciated.
btw I'm 15 , 5"6 , 115lbs.

If this is something you truly care about you should be willing to do your own research in the matter. Just a simple google search of "how to build muscle beginners" would get you a ton of useful information.
As for what kind of food to eat, eat whatever food you want. You need to be eating a surplus of calories and an adequate amount of protein. The food choices you get these from is down to personal preference.
You clearly don't know much about nutrition, so you definitely need to read this thread http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981 and this thread http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=136691851
Your workout routine should be a full body routine, 3 times a week. Go to the workout programs section and find a beginners routine.
If you eat in a caloric surplus with adequate protein (1g per 1lb of bodyweight), follow your workout program properly with intensity and get enough rest, you will get bigger and stronger.

my arms were 9 inches flexed a year ago (yes, i'm serious) so my arms were thinner than yours.
Just get a good routine set up and make sure that you are eating a lot of foods such as peanut butter, oats, rice, chicken, steak, spinach etc.
Weight gain will come if you are consistent and committed. Remember, putting on weight is a marathon and not a sprint......
