XtremeOCD = Extreme level of OCD

Brb...

- Cant use the top plate. Have to take one underneath. If its the last plate, I won't use one.
- Have to put my left leg in my pants first. If I put my right leg in first by accident, I have to take it off and start over.
- If I shower and walk outside for a second, I have to shower again before getting in bed.
- can only sleep on the left side of the bed.
- Have to force myself to pee before going to sleep. Sometimes I wait 30 mins trying to force myself to pee when I don't have to knowing I won't fall asleep unless I do. Have resorted to sitting down after standing too long sometimes.
- shirt and pants have to be straight as well as sheets or I can't sleep. I will sit up and lay back down maybe 20 times before I get that right feel. Tried sleeping naked and got irritated because I had nothing to fix.
- some nights I will try on every pair of underwear I have in my drawer knowing they are all the same brand and size to find that one that somehow feels perfect.
- always early to events and get anxious if I feel I will be late
- cant procrastinate.
- lock the door and know I did and will get in the car, start it, then go back to check the door.
- will touch some things twice because I felt I didn't touch it right the first time or if I put a cup in the cupboard, I may go back and move it over an inch because it just looks like that's where it should be and feels right.
- use to fold the blanket over my feet and hen behind the back of my knees or I couldn't sleep. My wife and I slept with separate blankets in the same bed until she put a stop to it. Was hard, but got over it however, if she's not in the bed, I still fold it.
- cant wear a shirt if the neck is stretched slightly. If it is, I throw it back in the laundry. If drying it again doesn't tighten the neck, I give it away.
- toilet paper has to roll from over the top not under the bottom
- will answer any call on my cell even if I don't know the number or don't want to talk to the person. Feel some sort of obligation.
- walk out of movies or change the channel if I'm watching something where the person is pretending to be someone they really aren't like in face off with Nicholas cage and John travolta. Pissed me off his wife didn't know he was who he said he was. Have yet to finish that movie.
- clothes are arranged in color groups in my closet
- money has to be arranged in my wallet in order from largest bill at the front and smaller going backwards
