Not 100% sure about exact macros, but for 250 grams it should be around 450-500Kcal, 45-50 grams of fat, 30g protein and 4-5g carbs max.
boneless skinless chicken breasts
cream cheese
melted butter
garlic sauce:
(garlic cloves
mayonnaise
lemon juice
olive oil)
basically mix up everything except the chicken in a bowl, brush the fat sauce all over the chicken and stick it in the oven for about 20 minutes (make sure to flip it half way through), When it's done sprinkle a little parmesan on top and enjoy. It'll end up looking like the attached photo.

I actually did this at work (so i had a high powered oven) but I literally just mixed like 3 more than heaping tablespoons of cream cheese, a teaspoon of butter and about 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce in a bowl, brushed it all over the chicken and stuck it in the oven for 20 mins (flipped it at 10 and parmesan at around 18) it came out f***ing delicious
