Seated row 98 kg x 6
Chin ups x 5
Dips x 5
Seated Leg press 142 kg x 10
Seated Leg Curl 105 Kg x 6
Floor exercises :
Abs Leg raise x 20
Crunch x 20
Cycle x 20
Plank x 45 seconds
Press ups x 10
2 handed Kettle bell swing (12Kg - nothing heavier :/) x 20

Had an awesome gym session on Wednesday.
Also finally ordered some more whey protein powder which I've been meaning to do for ages! From Bodybuilding ofc. Arrived today.
Great deal, very happy, feeling very positive.
Training is going well, just need to start losing some fat again, the whole point of this thread!

Anyway. I'm still doing this challenge but I've been terrible at updating this thread recently.
Crazy day today.
Hour and a half gym session, followed by a 20 min swim / cool down.
Then a 1 hour cycle class 4 and a half hours later, followed by a 30 min gym session, and another swim.
Had a day off!
Good day, diet was good, but still not being consistent enough at the moment, despite going to the gym etc 3-4 times a week.
Progress is slower than I'd like but there is still progress.
Floating around about 255 lbs at the moment.Here we go again!
