Candice LeRae vs. Io Shirai should be a great match at Takeover. Io is a natural heel and while LeRae is a generic personality, she can wrestle unlike many wrestlers wives.

I reckon you're right and a lot of those "smaller" guys who are top stars on NXT but would get underutilised and lost in the lower-midcard shuffle on Raw or SD will stay put. Now that I think about it... I would not be surprised if they merge the 205 Live roster with NXT since apparently that show is getting wound up. I would be on board with this.

The rumour going around is that they want to end 205 live
If they'd end 205 live they could have Humberto Carillo and Angel Garza as a tag team and move the LHP
With the move to USA I don't doubt there will be a couple tag teams moving from the Main Roster to NXT (AOP, Revival, etc..)
NXT's roster is huge, so they can make new tag teams happen by just matching people up with eachother
Other than that I am a Oney Lorcan fan and think if they really want to make a workhorse babyface team take the belts of the UE they should have Burch and Lorcan take it off them as transitional champions, they have had insane matches with UE before and really deserve the titles soon imo, even though they don't really have a great promo their inring work is great
Breezango seems to be next in line though, imagine Breezango and Velveteen dream (team flamboyant) vs UE vs Forgotten Sons in War Games, would be fun as hell imochechen brah who loves wrestling and strength sports
Tomasso Ciampa, Cesaro, Fabian Aichner, Matt Riddle, Pac, Samoa Joe, SCSA, Otis Dozovic is my spirit animal

Good episode.
I like UE as tag champs and I like the suggestion above of them v Oney & Danny to get the move to TV off to a strong start.
Didn't think that match was great though. Some good spots and a good finish.
Keith & Dominik match was better. Insane spots for such enormous men, particularly that spanish fly & the catch off the top turnbuckle.
Marked out a little for this too...

They can keep the AOP on RAW or Smackdown and bring the Revival back to NXT.
Haven't seen Burch in awhile since Oney moved to 205 LIVE. Surprised Burch didn't go to NXT UK but perhaps the pay is not worth it.
Would like UE to have a Freebird rule where they can have Strong interchanged with Kyle and Bobby.

bit of a lackluster show this week IMO but I'm looking forward to the new 2 hour format next week.
I read that they're going to wrap 205 Live up and move those guys to NXT as well... so... a bit sad that things didn't work out better for 205 because it was quite often the best show of the week but i think this will be a positive move.
GOD I hope they don't **** up the format though with all the annoying **** they pull on the other 2 shows.

I watched it last night. Pretty good tv debut. 2 really good matches in a 1 hour show. Surprised they’re starting their tv stuff by putting all the gold on UE. The second hour on the network was good too.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a nonlinear, nonsubjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.

cheers bro
Looking forward to watching this with a pizza and a pepsi max tonight!
also a girl I am slightly acquainted with via the old gym has just been signed, and I'm not sure when she'll debut but I expect it will be Impressive when she does
update: wow a solid two hours of wrestling and a good way to debut on TV but for my money the 2nd hour takes it. The Pete Dunn & the Oney v Lio matches were bloody good IMO.Last edited by SerpentHearted; 09-21-2019 at 02:45 AM.
