Hi I have been lurking for a while. Decided to sign up.
At the moment I am 6'2" and weigh 205lb. I have been on a cutting diet now for 2 months starting at 215lb. I have some scales that are supposed to calculate my bf%. I started at 24% and now it says 21.5% I am also 29.
What shall I do, cut to around 12% then bulk or bulk? I just feel a bit fat.
I havent been consistent with exercise Iv'e been flip flopping between routines for quite sometime.
My main goals are (vague I know)
1. To Get stronger.
2. To Look better

cut i have similar stats to you... I am 6'1 around 200 now and i am cutting till 180 THEN I will clean bulk.

Total Lost so far: 40 Pounds -10%BF

Thanks for all the replys, so I'm going to cut down to 15 percent body fat then re-assess when I get there.
Would a 20 percent deficit with about 200g of protein be OK for that?
Also any comments or suggestions on my training plan?

Hi guys need some advice if anyone can help me out, I've been doing stronglifts 5x5 starting with the empty bar as recommended and doing weighted pull ups.
The problem is in the space of a week and two days my weight has increased from 206.4 @ 21.9% Fat to 207.9 @ 21.9% Fat my diet has been pretty good I'd say 80/20 compliant @ 2000 cal 1g protein per lb with 5g of creatine anyone have any ideas? should I reduce my cals further or just keep things as they are and keep tracking?
