Chose to utilize this off day as a complete day off instead of getting my cardio in. I need the extra time to fully recover so I will add my HIIT to the end of tomorrow's session. I've been pulling 12 hour days all week and it's starting to creep up on me!
Somehow I managed no clients on a Friday so I am pumped to hit the gym after job number 1!
Also a must try...
Peanut butter poptart and two tablespoons of PB, into a sammich. Freeze over night, enjoy with a cup of coffee.

Had an awesome session this morning, especially on the deadlifts and front squats. Worked out with a friend who is competing in her first bikini show this year so the workout moved a little slow. Going in tonight to finish it off. Feeling HUNGRY as fack lately but resisting all the temptations...Keeping the eye on the prize this time. Not stepping on the scale though until JP needs a weight. I am starting to focus on that number to much and I need to get it out of my head, especially since the mirror has been treating me well.
