Yeah Billy - channel the emotion from the break up and turn it into something positive. You can and will do it. I broke up with my girlfriend of 3.5 years when I was 22 and it turned me onto the gym full time and got me started lifting weights seriously. In hindsight I'm thankful everyday that the break up happened because now I have my wife and son and a great bodybuilding career going because of it. Turn it into a positive my friend - you got this!

Well, I have been a little MIA on the forums lately trying to get my mind off of things with so much going on in my personal life. I have been murdering the workouts and the diet has been on point... Until the evenings. I haven't had any issue with over eating at all, I can manage the hunger and often times have to force feed myself. HOWEVER, now that my house is empty I hate staying home so I am constantly out at the bar. Not because I am homo and drinking away my sorrows haha, more the less to gain back my social life back and live my life. Weird thing is I have been feeling wayyy tighter. I know the alcohol dries me out so I literally carry my gallon jug around to make sure I get at least one in a day.

Eye on the prize, Billy.
You are certainly murdering workouts. There's so many, "Damn, strong lift!!!" moments while I'm reading.
OHP, Hammers, Skullcrushers, and floor press are lookin MEAN, bro.
Social life and the quieting of the mind will come in time. Just keep moving forward."The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

Pretty stoked on the 235x15 deadlift, i believe that is some sort of PR? Tried to mix up my grip like JP suggested in his post, felt awkward at first but strong as hell. Havent posted much, but the workouts have been getting hit everyday. Diet has been pretty spot on besides the weekends.
NOODZ
Sorry for the different lighting. The room i use to use was full of my girls spare furniture sooooo now my camera stand is gone!!
