I got them for free when I bought some whey protein
Idk how to use them, can anyone tell me when and how many tabs shall I take ?
And please dont tell me they are a waste of money as I got them for free so I wanna make use of this ****

Have you tried looking at the label?.. take it whenever like protein...
one of ON worse products IMO.

I purchased it before and I sure wont doit again however, I only noticed any effects if I dosed at 8-10 tablets its a lot but I didn't feel a whole lot when I took the recommended dosage, I noticed increase in strength ! not enough to purchase again

If I recall, the directions dont tell you an adequate amount to take tho.

I normally workout on an empty stomache so that is the increase of strength I got from that's all since it is a protien. Like I said I wouldnt purchase it again.Originally Posted by Terrimonas
