    Turning to a non-stim pre w/o...

For as long as i can remember since i started working out 6-8 years ago, I have always taken a pre workout before going to the gym. Over the last few years, I've definitely up'd the strength of my pre workouts as far as the content of stimulants. Because I feel that taking this amount of stimulants over a long period of time will be negative for my body, as well as the probable increase in cortisol due to the high amounts of stimulants, ive decided to cut stims out of my diet and see how that works out.

Since its more routine to take a preworkout wait a little then go hit the weights, ive decided to go with a non stim pre and some vitamins. This is what ive got so far...what do you think?

    Hemavol
    AAKG
    Xtend BCAAs
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin B-Complex
    Creatine Mono

    thanks for any input!

Drop AAKG. No need for vitamin C pre-workout outside of the context of nitrate usage. Would save Xtend for intra-workout.

You dont need BCAAs or AAKG.

Everything else looks fine, altho I dont see a reason to take vitamins right around your workout

OP if you're looking for a non stim with aminos and a pump we have a couple options

Powershock is aminos with nitrates as well as CitMal
We also have NOsynthesize which has your protein and things like BA, CitMal, creatine and COP

    Other good options:
    Body octane
    Body forge v2
Fck your "Company rep rule violation"

I've used both stimulant pre w/o and non stimulant. I'm def not a fan of the jittery, heart pounding, skin crawling, out of control energy that some stimulants give. However, I love the focus, endurance and pumps.

I use Hemavol. It's an excellent stim free pre workout that gives great focus and a clean, controlled energy. No crash at all. Plus it tastes great.

You can stack it with Compete as well. This will provide your essential vitamins, minerals and BCAA's. I drink it all day in my gall/ water. Keeps your body hydrated and muscles replenished.

I too have taken stims for years. I agree with you that taking a break is good. Hemavol is a good choice because I still get a pump and rush from the increase of blood flow. Ot also helps me to focus on training. I love the lemon drop flavor!

as just about everyone else has mentioned, Hemavol is definitely a solid stim-free option. Utlima is another solid product that I've used.

Give Body Octane a look too. High dosed cit mal, beta-alanine, and LCLT. Plus Strawberry Mango tastes flat out awesome

We also have NOsynthesize which has your protein and things like BA, CitMal, creatine and COP

    Other good options:
    Body octane
    Body forge v2
Hemavol pre to enhance plasma volumes and to enhance blood flow, bring on the fullness and vascularity allowing you to push more weight and build confidence with compete + powershock intra for aminos to prevent muscle loss and the nitrates from powershock for sustained pumps and the carnitines from compete for workout performance in addition to electrolytes and whey protein hydrolysate with 1/2 scoop of NO-Synthesize post workout for the peptopro.

Heavenly combination! I would seriously consider certain components of this combination. These products are not new, except for compete. The others have been around for some time now, and have truly proven themselves beyond the introduction hype. It takes a year for all the newbie hype to go away and for real reviews to come in. Don't just look at the ingredients, look at the dosages they provide. Will hemavol, you will be getting close to maxed out dosages.

Magnum Opus, Hemavol and Ultima are all excellent choices.
