Her elbows were the biggest issue weren't they? They were so far out and so flat that bringing the down and in would fix most of the other issues, as in the chest/chin dipping forward.

Yeah her elbow and arm position is the biggest issue... it is allowing her chest to roll forward which is causing 90% of her other problems. Still pretty impressive that she is repping over 150 lbs to depth for a 5x5 after only 9 months of lifting and at a fairly light bodyweight. She has a lot of potential once she sorts her form out.
