    Spicy Tuna Burgers

    Spicy Tuna Burger Recipe

    --Ingredients --

1 12 ounce Pack of Tuna
    3 whole eggs
3-7 ounces of Spicy Pork Rinds
    Hot Sauce
    Weber Spicy Chicken Seasoning

    -- Directions --

Crush pork rinds till you have approximately 1/2 - 3/4 cup of crushed powder (like bread crumbs). I do this by putting rinds in a ziplock and crushing them by hand. Pour crushed rinds into mixing bowl with eggs, tuna, hot sauce, and seasoning (season to taste. I put 2 tablespoons of hot sauce and 1 tablespoon of seasoning). Hand mix. The consistency should be similar to that of meatballs or hamburgers. If the mixture is too moist - crush more pork rinds and add them to absorb the moisture.

Make four patties out of mixture. Fry in pan with olive oil or other oil (I used about 1 tablespoon). Cooking time is 2-4 minutes per side depending on the heat you are frying at.

    Enjoy!
