Although those who have this problem sound like they don't want it, I still wouldn't mind having it happen to me once.
Or multiple times in the same set.

Yeah, it is odd how different exercises cause it for different people. Leg raises used to do it for me, but then they stopped. Now it is dragon flags but I have to do a lot of reps to get to that point. Although really sucks when you are trying to see how many reps you can do and have to either stop or work thru it.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903

In all honesty though, I am substantially more suspicious that this is a case of rubby-rubby repetitive motion against sensitive areas, not bracing the core. If it were just a matter of core bracing, I would expect to hear about it occurring in women who are bracing their core to an absolute maximum extent, as they would for a one rep max. I've never heard of that occurring. Instead, this is reported in higher rep scenarios. So whether you're rubbing against your own clothes, your own skin, your own limbs, or you're doing something like climbing a rope which is trailing down between your legs... yeah, I'm thinking it's more of a motion thing. YMMV.

I get them with leg raises. They happen from recruitment of pelvic floor muscles as well as the rubbing/squeezing. It seems to help when I make sure to keep my legs apart.
It's nice but definitely don't want it to happen in a crowded gym. Had a guy looking at me confused once so I jumped down and quickly left. Thought I was doing a decent job of looking unfazed... :/

The only way I found to fix it is to keep doing the exercise. The more you do that exercise, the less it will happen...or it will require more reps or some harder variation to bring on a coregasm.
You can always stop your reps just before you get the full coregasm. I used to do that in the beginning...but now, I really don't care. Of all the things I do at the gym, nobody notices that aspect. After all, it isn't like I'm moaning like some guys at the gym do when they are doing light reps.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903

I just got brave and admitted to my coach today that this happens to me. She looked amazed. I hate it!! It's an orgasm, yes, but not when you want one!! Takes away all my focus and messes everything up in a WOD. And for people saying that its to do with friction/leg motion/whatever, I was in a static ring hold today...that's 'static'....not moving anything at all. Also happens in pull-ups, T2B and rope climb.
Anyone who has figured out how to stop this...I'm listening

Ok, I'm a biology PhD, specialising in nerves.
Ladies, you are stimulating your pudendal nerve. This runs from your sacral spine, behind your uterus, to your external genitalia - your labia, clitoris (and your perineum/surrounding skin). Remember your bladder is in the mix too, also supplied by this nerve.
Ever get better orgasms when you need to pee? It's because a full bladder presses this nerve more deeply than an empty one. Same for a swollen uterus during parts of your menstrual cycle - pressing pressing pressing.
Any exercise that tightens your core while bending forward at your lower spine is essentially tensing this nerve then stretching it out. Tense stretch tense stretch, with predictable consequences for some.... My first instinct is to say "sadly, not an outcome I've experienced" although I can actually see it would be a bit of a bugger to deal with.
