This is the first workout after I cancelled my gym membership and moved into my apartment. Limited equipment and DBs only go up to 50s so I'll have to make due with what I have.

First weight lifting workout in a LONG TIME. I've lost weight but I've definitely lost muscle and am fatter. I really wanna try getting in here atleast twice a week probably sat/sun for upper/lower but it's even tougher now with my over full time school schedule and near full time work schedule. I dont want to make excuses but I need to find time. I have been jogging .4 miles twice a day each week day though to the dog park there and back twice a day so I do get some exercise still but not much. My quads were on fire doing this. I jogged for the majority of it and only walked at my apartment, coming back into my apartment, and at the community center. I start the timer from when I leave my apartment to when I get back so a decent chunk of that time was walking. I really hope my calves arent gonna feel like this or worst for the rest of my life. Best I can describe them as when jogging is feeling like they're at RPE 8-9 for burning sensation. 95% sure it's due to my diabetes and poor control over it. Doing a fast jog/run to walking until I've recouped and repeat. This style, stretching more, and also how I jog when I go faster was easier on my calves and they weren't my limiting factor for the first time. This time it was my heart rate so pretty happy about this one.
Also doing a healthy weight loss challenge with my fiancee. I'm probably around 205-210 right now and my goal is 185-190 shes in the low to mid 160s and her goal is 150-155. Think this will help me since I'm gonna view it as a challenge.Last edited by CWGame; 06-02-2020 at 08:19 PM.

My calves definitely hurt but running HIIT suicides at the community center soccer fields felt great. I think I'm gonna keep up with this, but speed walk to the community center and back from it on the pavement instead of jog for longevity. Running on the grass felt a lot better.
I was over my 2lbs a week weight loss goal by 349 cals today, but will make adjustments tomorrow.

Wasn't expecting to lose 4lbs, weigh ins were pretty consistent though. I upped my cals to be considered "very active" which upped them by 400 a day. This felt great. I walked to and from the soccer fields and dog park area so I didnt tear up my bones from the hard impact on the concrete. Then I ran suicides until I hit 2 miles. Walked first half, jogged second half there and jogged whole way back. So 75% jogging 25% walking.

I'm annoyed because the last two nights I've gone over my calories due to low blood sugar so I'm gonna drop it back down to "active" which is like -400 cals a day. Happy with this. I took this weight after I pooped about 5 hours into my work shift. I had eaten most of my breakfast and drank a decent amount of coffee but was also sweating. So I think all considered this is a pretty consistent weigh in like the last.
My initial weigh in may have had a decent amount in my system. I dont believe I dropped close to 4lbs last week. Probably closer to 2-3. Happy with progress though still need to eat out less but progress is progress.402/314/435-1151@213 w/ sleeves USPA
