Absolutely crushed my previous time. I raced my wife up which gave me extra motivation. This was as hard as I've gone in a long time and honestly felt like I was getting close go blacking out by the end. Felt great though. Don't know if I'll be able to beat this time anytime soon. Feel like my breathing has gotten more labored as I get more our of shape, definitely need to get more consistent.402/314/435-1151@213 w/ sleeves USPA

Sunday, April 21st 2024-
5k jog- (5)
3.12 miles
35:20 minutes
I thought a 5k was 3.2miles instead of 3.1 so I changed it. Also .18 before I start has been a warmup walk up a hill now I'm gonna add a cool down period too of that .18 miles back home and just start the run and stopping the run at the top of the hill instead of stopping it at my house or really early on starting it from my house.
