This felt great though. Even though it sucks to have to use resistance bands for a bodyweight exercise I'll be a lot better in the long run because of it.

My left knee has been bothering me. I tweaked it last week squating so just doing light work and recording my sets to work on form. I'm not sure if it's cause my left knee but I was favoring my right side more, and had a weak walkout. Can't tell too much with this weight though.

Haven't deadlifted in forever so guess I'm happy with this. Form slipped on 405 set so worked on it on backoff sets. Probably shouldn't have dropped so much weight on my backoff sets but I was making sure I didn't screw myself up with a potential small injury and my hands/mind were out of it at that point, just wanted to get some volume in.

These are where all reps go smoothly and your workout partner pulls down to make it harder. Once you get to the last couple of reps it's pretty hard.
