I was wondering whether its worth buying a pre workout supplement like jack3d. So far iv been having two tea spoons of coffee in a cup of hot water and it gives me a rage in the gym. will taking these pre workout supplements give me any gains or should i stay away from them? Also my workouts arent really affected if i dont have the black coffee. So Jack3d. Yes or No?

A product like BodyForge 2.0 that is packed with studied ergogenic aids at proven dosages can definitely boost your performance in the gym by improving endurance, recovery, strength, and pumps. Better performance = more gains. IT's completely stim-free too, so you can take your black coffee with it if you want the stim energy kick.

Yes, yes and yes. The pre workout I have been taking has improved my lifts, increased power, decreased muscle fatigue so I can go for a few more reps, bigger pump. I noticed the difference one of the days I actually ran out and went to the gym without it. I couldn't lift no where as much as I could if I didn't take one

When I never took pre workouts I felt sh*t and a pussey in the gym, now I feel pumped and feel like I could lift intensively for hours!!!! Could never lift again without pre workout, wouldn't say it dramatically increased the amount of weight I could lift but pre workout such as jack3d, animal pump/rage, white flood or shock therapy deffinately increased pump, energy and focus in the gym!!!!

Indirectly they will lead to gains. Allowing you to train harder, but in all reality, you should be able to train hard without them.
but they will not puts crazy amounts of muscle on you that is for sure. That is all dietType 1 Diabetic - Since age 15

They will heighten mood and energy but won't be the reason you make gains

PWO are mainly just an energy boost. More energy means lift more in the gym which means more muscle being built. If your energy level isn't an issue in the gym then it may not be worth the money. I would not be able to make the gains I do without a PWO, I work 11 hours days 6 days a week, there is absolutely no way I would have the energy to have a productive workout after these long days at work. Good luck

So basically you're dependent on them now? Cause im just 19 and i dont really feel the need for extra energy. Missing the coffee doesnt really make much of a difference either. But based on everyones replies im gonna try some samples to see how it feels.. does anyone think i should wait till 21 or that I dont really need pre workout?

Yes, they can be beneficial. Like many stated above, they may indirectly improve strength due to their ability to increase energy and focus. Plus, many have creatine such as ErgoPump which will also assist in strength and building muscles...as well as give you some nice pumps in and out of the gym
But, overall, best thing would be to rely on your nutrition for serious mass building.🌍 Talk is cheap, Actions are priceless 🌝
