Hello all,
So my journey begins Monday the 20th I am 34 years old about 33% BF and weighting in at 226lbs I have made my mind up to start this journey to get to about 9% body Fat and about 166lbs I know its going to be hard I have looked at these forums a lot and still lost but I will try my hardest to do it need to get healthy and build endurance and strength to keep up with my 2 daughters if you all have some advice please share I would really appreciate it

First time back in the gym today was fun and self motivating day one done
Sup: SAA, Whey Protein, MultiV and Fish Oil
SSA in the Morning one Scoop (Amazing Flavor)
Whey Protein: 2 Scoops before workout (side note this STUFF TASTE GOOD)
Chest: BB Presses, DB Incline Presses, Dips
Biceps: DB Curls, Concentration
Abs: Machine ones

Second day at the gym and still sore i have lost so much strength since the last time i have been in the gym (about 9 years ago) its not even funny got to keep going
Supp: 2 Scoops Whey protein before workout and after workout (am i doing this correct)
Also I heard creatine and BCAA is pretty good for Intra workout is this correct if so can i mix them both in water or is Creatine pills better?
Day3: 4 x Legs, 2 x Shoulders
4 x Legs: Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, Calf Raises
2 x Shoulders: DB presses, Seated Rear Lateral DB RaisesStarted May 20th 2013

Missed my workout Friday due to allergies got it taken care of so back on track today i have not weight my self now for 2 weeks will do it on my 1 month of working out
