    I hate the whole "Bro, do you even lift" comment. I hear it everyday, EVERY PHUCKING DAY, while I walk through campus or go to the gym or hell even in the grocery store. It is always said by some scrawny auschwitz looking chump to his equally scrawny bro and it rustles my jimjams. I get it, they went to the gym for maybe half a semester and now they think they know something about lifting, but the only people who seem to say it are the ones who look like they don't lift. I know that people tend to over immerse themselves in a hobby/interest when they start to do it but it's annoying as hell. It's the same as girls who start to go to the gym, begin to do pointless bicep curls/shoulder presses/tricep kickbacks with the pink 5 lb dumbells and suddenly they get invisable lat syndrome.

    In my opinion, leg day is the biggest ego stroke for all these barely lifting phaggots. They can stack on 2 plates+ and do quarter squats and still brag to their equally phaggy friends that they squatted 'three plates'. I can recall a kid in one of my comp sci labs that got all bothered by someone else calling him out for having a chitty bench form and the guy's response was "whatever dude, I can rep 3 plates." fastforward to me seeing him at the gym, barely bends his knees and does three little spasms, racks it, then struts around the weighroom like he's Tom Platz.
