    School is coming up.

    I was just wondering if doing this program could keep me toned.

    Monday - Chest/Biceps/Triceps/Quads
    Sat - Abs/ Obliques


    So yeah, school is getting back soon and i still wanna be in shape and toned, so is this fine?

    2nd question- is it true if you stop doing lifts or going to the gym you loose your muscles and get fat :S?

    As far as I know there is something called "muscel memory" which means even if you lose your form you can get it back up quicker because its memorized. Personally I'd split Quads to another day IF you have time.

    My quads are just 3 sets so you don`t have to worry about it that much.

    But about my question, if i do this will it just keep my toned?

    I'm honestly not 100% sure since I just started myself so I'd wait for someone who does this for some time to answer that question
