I was just wondering if doing this program could keep me toned.
Monday - Chest/Biceps/Triceps/Quads
Sat - Abs/ Obliques
So yeah, school is getting back soon and i still wanna be in shape and toned, so is this fine?
2nd question- is it true if you stop doing lifts or going to the gym you loose your muscles and get fat :S?
