Can someone explain if doing low reps and lifting heavier is the way to gain mass.
People keep telling me different things and i'm betting people will know here

You can gain mass with any rep range as long as your in a caloric surplus, but in general lower reps ranges like 3-5 are used for strength training. For hypertrophy (bodybuilding), is a 8-12 rep range, this is the best for mass gains. The last is above 12 reps which can be used more for endurance. So long story short, go for the 8-12 rep range.
