    How are u liking the Kre-Alkalyn hardcore so far? I just started up on it about a week ago and have had great workouts every time to be sure.

    I'm liking it so far. Kind of like K-Otic pre measured out. Great workouts (as long as my M.S. handles them). As goofy as my schedule has been I still get in there and have the drive. Just like K-O but nice to be able to take number of caplets by needs with out a scale to measure out a 1/2 serving if needed.

    It won't replace my K-O but it will be the go to for off days for sure as it has the thermo genic Raspberry Ketones in it. I just started taking them a few months ago and like it.

    Im liking it. Like K-Otic but pre measured out.

    They have come out with another great product that does what they claim. A great alternative if you cant take K-Otic or handle a full serving of K-Otic. With this you can just find the number of caplets that works best for you.

    Sunburn hurt like heck laying on it. Felt like skin was being ripped apart when any weight was put on it.
    Peanut has been keeping a close eye on me as the sunburn is dragging me out.
    On the other side. Im liking the AAEFX Kre-Alkalyn Hardcore and will be going with all the Hardcore line as they come out. I will keep you posted on how my body likes them and work for me.

    Lat Pull Downs, Chin up grip with a squeeze. Pulling at elbows NOT hands and Bicep. Learning to ONLY have the forearm as a link like a chain between elbow and grip is the key IMO. This also helps to keep you from pulling with the Bicep not the Lats.
