    Hello, my pictures need BF Measure and tips.

    Hello everyone, should I bulk or cut? My weight is 88kilograms, and I am 1,91 cm tall.
    When I look myself in this pictures all I want to do is to bulk and to add 5-10 kilograms. But it's not as easy as it looks. I lifted before with proper nutrition and supplements for 5 months then I stopped. Now I want to start again..
    What do you think about GMT program? With 10x10 series?

    I am satisfied with my back, but my arms look thin and my chest ain't the best. My stomach is pretty flat but there are no abs underneath .

    My diet would be a lot of good proteins from different source of meat. (Chicken,turkey,fish,cow) .. good carbohydrates like rice/tomato/beans. And protein shake in pwm.

    You came to that conclusion how? And besides that,some other tips anyone? Bulking or cutting? Any specific workout.. Do I even look like I lift :-(

    Thanks..=) I should do clean bulk for how long? I have problems to pass 90 kilograms. :-(
