In America they just lie under oath and falsely convict you. Just happened to me a few days ago. Judge didn't listen to a word I was saying! Was lulzy though I was raging so hard the officer and judge where both studering and could tell they where scared as ****! I would be too if I was them. After court looking back on it I'm surprised I didn't KO the cop for lieing under oath; under god.

If the Police acted within the law, none of this would have happened. He should not have attempted to open his car and he shouldn't have tried to get him stitched up by telling his superiors that he "made off" instead of being allowed to leave. How do the Police not know the law? Don't they have to pass exams and chit when becoming Police?
It is the law that a Police Officer MUST identify himself and give his number if asked by any citizen for any reason and if they are not detaining you, you are 100% free to go; whether he wants to speak to you or not is irrelevant. yeah had to have been violating some sort of laws disturbing the peace or disrespecting the officers like he did also harassing i think the police just felt threatened and didnt want to cause a scene.
