okay so, I got this musclepharm L-Carnitine Core bout a week ago maybe longer...two weeks maximum. figured i'd keep it in my gym locker so I can take a teaspoon each day right before i work out. like an idiot, i never read the part where it said "refrigerate after opening" until this morning...after it was too late. holy ****. i immediately threw it out because it's been in there for 1-2 weeks.
should I go to the hospital? I took it a few hours ago...mean I've felt fine but now that I think about it my heart is racing and I'm getting kinda dizzy...and I don't want to die and/or get stomach/kidney/liver cancer. please help. what should i do?

Beat me to it, the break down from not being refrigerated is almost like acid in teh stomach lining, it may get painful it may not, what I would worry about is taking naps or falling asleep, because you may not be aware while you are asleep and well as others have said good night sweet prince.
Try drinking straight black coffee, several cups with ipicac in it. the caff will help you, plus coffee is a natural anti-oxident. the ipicac will help you expel the bacteria.
and oh get yourself some ergobolic

With a thread marked urgent, I'm expecting continuing updates OP as the carnitine slowly melts away your insides. Stay strong and keep us informed.
