Why? It isn't going to translate to your schedule and you'll be infinitely happier if you fit your diet to your preferences. And I'm confused why you can't think up food on your own. Just go to something like mfp and plan out a few things and you'll see roughly the amount of calories or if you track regularly then you can easily just figure out roughly how many calories are in most things you make or could make
Also how does eating take too long? Stop playing with your food and just shove it down. 4 servings oats + 2 servings protein powder = 850 calories in 5 minutes.

There doesn't seem to be much point in posting examples TBH.
If you need to eat 4k in three meals, it'd be no different than a diet of the same caloric level spread over 8 meals only condensed down... same foods if you want, whatever."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Maybe for some but an IF regime makes me stick to 3600+kcal without going over. If I ate during the day I'd clear loads of kcal and be on a one way trip to Fat City. Personal preference I guess.
@OP
My big kcal meals are 1/3 tub of full fat ice cream (800 kcal) and simple homebrand cake mix, $0.70 and 1,200+ kcal. I just mix in bowl until smooth batter then zap in the microwave for 5 mins. Easiest, cheapest, yummiest kcal of the day.fluglotse

Do whatever works, but I found when I weened myself off IF, I gained back some of my satiation signaling back. I'm always going to be a guy that can pound calories away, but that is precisely why it is important for me to have decently spaced meals. If not, I have crashes then huge spikes when I eat which makes me ravenous.

I know this feel lol. Been on IF for years now (3 I think) and even though I still prefer the schedule of eating on it, my satiation signaling is pretty much no existent. I have no problems getting all my cals in between noon and 7pm. I mainly stick to IF for the fasted training and for the most part not being home for much time in the morning hours to eat.
